Stephen Bear To Return To Celebrity Big Brother Next Year?

We have bad news for the Stephen Bear haters among us, with it being reported that the controversial Celebrity Big Brother winner will be returning to the hit reality show next year as Channel 5 eye up an ‘All Stars’ series.

Is it bad that we’re not entirely sure if we could watch him for another series?

Friday’s live final of the show pulled in just 1.7million viewers, one of the lowest ever ratings, so producers are apparently in crisis talks and willing to do whatever it takes to spice up the two series of Celebrity Big Brother set to air next year.

The first of the two is due to hit our screens in January and sources say that Channel 5 are planning to bring back some classic housemates in a special 'Gold Stars vs New Stars’ twist.

Their list of dream contestants includes the likes of Katie Hopkins, Katie Price, Shipla Shetty, Perez Hilton and, of course, Bear.

Speaking to the Daily Star, an insider explained: “It’s a genius idea that has never been done before.

"Channel 5 wants to do a show that gives a nod to the past but also has a fresh edge with new people too.”

Big Brother has previously done an 'All Stars’ series, with the housemates being comprised entirely of old faces, but this will be the first time that they have mixed old and new contestants.

Bear’s win on Friday has been dogged with controversy ever since Emma Willis announced his victory.

The Ex On The Beach star was greeted to boos and jeers from the waiting crowd and many viewers have insisted that his win must be a fix.
