Get the body glitter and questionable dance moves ready – as it looks like 90’s icons Steps are about to reform!
The Sun reported today that the group are keen to get back together again – especially after the public reaction that followed their appearance on the Steps:Reunion TV show.
This week, London’s G-A-Y club announced that a mystery Brit Award-winning group who have sold more than 20million records would reunite for a gig there on New Year’s Eve – with many assuming it’ll be Steps who take to the stage.
A source told The Sun: “They had a blast getting back together in 2011 and were blown away by the public reaction . . . especially when their arena tour sold out.
“Steps still have such a special place in all their fans’ hearts and they want to celebrate everything they’ve achieved over the past two decades.”
It comes as the group celebrate over 20 years together in 2017 – meaning that New Year’s Eve marks the perfect time for a group performance, and the first time they’re together in over 4 years.
