Stocks in the green include Foot Locker, shares rallying following a profit and sales beat, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, as the FDA approved the drugmaker’s treatment for a rare blood disorder, and United Continental Holdings – shares pulling higher as the airline named former FAA head Jan Garvey as its non-executive chair.
