A Stoke-on-Trent McDonald's branch remains closed today. A sign at the Fenton restaurant confirms the closure - with the car park coned off.

The sign states: "We are closed at the moment. We will be reopening soon. Thanks for bearing with us."

One customer has told StokeonTrentLive that the Victoria Road branch has been shut since last Wednesday. It comes as the branch closed suddenly last March after a 'pest sighting'.

StokeonTrentLive has approached McDonald's for a statement regarding the branch closure. McDonald's also has Stoke-on-Trent branches in Hanley, Festival Park, Longton, Sandyford, Meir Park, Norton Heights, Trent Vale, and Tunstall.
