Dozens of fans of Netflix sci-fi hit Stranger Things queued up in the rain before dawn in the West End today for the launch of a new fashion range based on the series.

The range, on sale at Topshop’s flagship Oxford Circus store, marks the release next Friday of the second series of the supernatural thriller.

It includes T-shirts with logos, left, and prints with characters and phrases used on the show, which is set in the Eighties and stars Winona Ryder.

At the store today fans could visit interactive reconstructions of Stranger Things sets, including a laboratory manned by actors where they could be tested for telekinetic powers by moving a Coke can using only the power of their mind.

About 50 hardcore fans of the show were let into the store when it opened at 7am to buy clothes from the range.
