Stranger Things confirms Eleven will return in Season Two

It’s official - Eleven is back in ‘Stranger Things’ Season Two.

‘Stranger Things’ is already back in production, with Season Two currently underway in Atlanta. And now a cool image from the show’s official table read confirms the return of some fan favourites - and that includes Millie Bobby Brown as the enigmatic Eleven.

The rather cheeky upside-down photo was released by Netflix via Twitter, and depicts the young cast members in their first official cast photo for Season Two. The flipped photo, of course, is a cool reference to the show’s otherworldly realm, the Upside-Down.

But who else is back?

Featured in the cool new image are newcomers Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery, along with Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, and Noah Schnapp.

Alas, Shannon Purser (aka fan favourite, Barb) won’t be back following her gruesome death.

Netflix also confirmed to TVLine that Winona Ryder and David Harbour are also set to return, despite not being pictured at the official table read.

“The photo, however, does not include any of the adults,” they explained, “i.e. Winona Ryder (Joyce) and David Harbour (Jim), although a Netflix rep confirms to TVLine that both are indeed returning.”

What do we know about ‘Stranger Things’ Season Two so far?

To be honest… not an awful lot. The show is said to pick up in the fall of 1982 - a whole year after the events of the first season. But that’s about all we know… except that Eleven will, it seems, be back.

Where did she go? For now, we’ll have to wait and see.

But ‘Stranger Things’ Season Two might well have the answers we’re looking for.
