Streets Submerged in Floodwater After Storm Batters California's Central Coast
The Santa Cruz County government urged people to stay away from the coast after a storm caused damage throughout California’s Central Coast on Thursday, January 5.
Footage captured by Alekz Londos shows flooded streets and debris scattered across parts of Santa Cruz County, including Capitola, which declared a state of emergency following the storm.
