💔 Amy Dowden's 'heartbroken' exit
It was the news that no Strictly fan wanted to hear - Amy Dowden confirmed her exit from the series this week after missing last Saturday's show with a foot injury.
Dowden, who had only just returned after her breast cancer treatment, told her fans: "My heart is breaking right now. The past few months I finally felt like me again. 🙉 Brendan Cole slams the Strictly Spoiler
Former Strictly pro Brendan Cole still has plenty to say about his old job - and this week, he made his feelings clear on the infamous Strictly Spoiler.
The anonymous insider has been sharing the results of the dance off for years, as it is pre-recorded at the end of Saturday's live show, but Cole told The London Standard that he wanted to be able to find out who was going home on Sunday when it aired.
He said: "I like watching the show Sunday night and not knowing who goes out. A lot goes into the results show, [such as] pre-records for the group numbers. It would just be too much strain on the show, which is why I guess they don't do it."
