Strictly Come Dancing confirms 2024 couples on launch show
Strictly Come Dancing spoilers follow.
Strictly Come Dancing returned to our screens tonight (September 14), with the celebrities finding out their professional partners.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman returned, along with the four judges – Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke – to preside over the action, with the 15 celebrities eager to discover their partners.
The reveals were aired in batches, with Wynne Evans, Shayne Ward, Jamie Borthwick and Chris McCausland the first to get the news, with the quartet being paired with Katya Jones, Nancy Xu, Michelle Tsiakkas and Dianne Buswell, respectively.

The next batch of celebs to learn their fate was Montell Douglas, Pete Wicks, JB Gill and Sam Quek, with the group partnering up with Johannes Radebe, Jowita Przystal, Amy Dowden and Nikita Kuzmin, respectively.
The penultimate group saw Toyah Willcox, Sarah Hadland, Tasha Ghouri and Dr Punam Krishan discover their professionals, with Neil Jones, Vito Coppola, the returning Aljaž Škorjanec and Gorka Márquez being unveiled as their partners.
Last but not least, Paul Merson, Tom Dean and Nick Knowles also got their matches, with Karen Hauer, Nadiya Bychkova and Luba Mushtuk completing the lineup for the 22nd season – but who will come out on top?...

The night ended with our celebrities taking to the floor for the very first time, with the 30 dancers performing a spectacular group routine. There was also a fabulous display from the professionals, whilst defending champions Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola performed together for one final time.
