Strictly Come Dancing spoiler leaks BBC result shocker as early favourite to win left facing axe
After some significant movement on the leaderboard, the Strictly Come Dancing spoiler has leaked this week's result, with the identity of one of the couples in the dance-off leaving fans in a state of shock.
The standard on the new series of the BBC show certainly shows no signs of slipping, with some superb scores yet again in week five. And perhaps the biggest shock of them all is that Tasha Ghouri was dethroned from the top of the Strictly standings, after three weeks in first place.
Instead, this week it was Jamie Borthwick and Montell Douglas who shared top spot, having replicated what Tasha did a week earlier by getting a near perfect score of 39 out of 40, with Craig Revel-Horwood the only judge on the panel to spoil the full house of 10s for both stars, by only awarding a 9 for Jamie's paso doble and Montell's Couple's Choice.

At the other end of the table, having improved quite substantially last week, ex Arsenal player Paul Merson found himself in last place, one point behind Punam Krishan, who was left languishing at the foot of last week's leaderboard.
The latest Strictly live show was done and dusted by 8.30pm, with viewers at home then having around an hour to cast their votes. The results show won 't be on BBC One until Sunday evening, but after a delay last week, this week the spoiler DID leak late on Saturday, around 11.15pm.
And, in similar circumstances to a week earlier, fans have reacted in shock to the reveal of the bottom two, with one replying: "Blimey. Did not see one of those coming at all." and another exclaiming: "Wow shocked at the person in the bottom two who survived"
Equally aghast, a third wrote: "did NOT expect the surviving couple to be in the bottom" and, going into Sunday, shockwaves were still being sent all over X, with one viewer commenting: "I think we’re in for a load more shock results now as the weeks go by.
