Strictly Come Dancing star Louis Smith reveals he's expecting second child with sweet photo

Olympic gymnast and former Strictly Come Dancing winner Louis Smith has announced that he's set to become a father for the second time. The 35-year-old, who took part in and won the BBC dance competition in 2012, shared a snap of partner Charlie Bruce’s scan.

He captioned the post: “It’s so nice we had to do it twice”. The couple welcomed their first child in 2021. Upon sharing the news Louis, who also won the 2021 series of The Masked Dancer, was inundated with celebratory comments from his fans. One person wrote: "Amazing news, huge congratulations to you and @charliebruce1990," while another excited follower posted: "Congratulations mate to you and your family on this new addition." JLS star Aston Merrygold said: "Unbelievable my guy! Congratulations to you all."

Louis also shared Charlie's pregnancy announcement on his Instagram Stories, writing: "Looks like we are running it back for round two. Surpriseeee." Charlie's post read: "The best birthday present I could ask for. Due 5.12.24." Charlie posted a picture of the sweets arrangement she received, which included cookies, marshmallows, chocolate and more. On top of the box, she placed the baby scan next to a few flowers.
