Aljaz Škorjanec has been throwing himself into life back on Strictly Come Dancing and this week has enjoyed a night out with new celebrity partner Tasha Ghouri and her famous boyfriend/

Aljaz hit the ground running when he joined Strictly as pro back in 2013, taking home the Glitterball trophy in his first year, alongside model, TV star and Peter Crouch's wife Abbey Clancy, before then going onto dance with other celebs like Alison Hammond, Helen George and Clara Amfo.

In 2021, Aljaz partnered Dragon's Den entrepreneur Sara Davies, with the duo topping the leaderboard one week, before winning the Newcastle date of the Strictly live tour. So it came as big shock to fans a few months later, when Aljaz announced his was leaving the BBC ballroom behind, releasing an emotional statement in which he said: "It didn’t matter how many beautiful ballrooms I performed in during my competitive career, stepping onto the sacred Strictly floor was the most nervous I had ever been."

After the exits of both Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima from the Strictly pro line-up, Aljaz is now back in the fold to dance with Tasha, who reached the Love Island final in 2022, along with Andrew Le Page, who she is still going out with. And Aljaz, Tasha and Andrew were joined aby Aljaz's wife and ex Strictly pro, Janette Manrara, as well as the couple's young child, earlier this week.

Aljaz uploaded a photo of the five of them inside a restaurant and captioned it: "Table for four and a half please! " along with the hash tag #wholesome.

While JLS singer JB Gill is the bookies favourite to win Strictly this year, Tasha has been the frontrunner since she was confirmed to take part and is still second in the odds.
