Strictly Come Dancing’s Aljaz Skorjanec Engaged To Girlfriend Janette Manrara

Pop the cork on the champers, as professional dancers Aljaz Skornajec and Janette Manrara have announced that they are getting married!

The ballroom dancer got down on one knee and popped the question on Friday but the couple only announced the news today.

Janette posted a photo, which showed off her sparkling new engagement ring, whilst her fiancé held a place with “Congratulations” written in chocolate. Yum.

She captioned the photo: “I said YES!” and Aljaz posted the same photo with the caption: “She said YES!” We legit have all the feels right now.

You might want to take two steps back before you go buying your wedding hat and confetti though, as the newly engaged couple haven’t set a date.

A source told The Mirror, “They are both over the moon but they haven’t been thinking about setting a date.”

Maybe they are too busy practicing their first dance? It’s bound to be a showstopper!

“They just want to enjoy themselves for a bit. They are smitten, they have been together for four years and it felt natural to pop the question,” they added.
