But the former Strictly Come Dancing star admitted it was much harder than she thought it would be.
"It was such a weird show to film. I've never felt so lonely in my entire life," Saffron explained on the AJ vs Curtis podcast.
"It's just that being able to do nothing. In this show, when you're filming, genuinely, you couldn't do anything and I had no one to talk to all day.
"If I wasn't filming, I would just be staring at a blank wall. I found it really hard," she said.
The celebrity version required the stars to film for just one week rather than the usual three.
"I could not do it for three weeks," she continued. "Genuinely, it was probably the hardest thing I've ever done.
"I found myself sleeping all the time, too. When I got out I didn't care about my phone. I really thought I would miss it, but all I missed was communication with people. All I wanted to do was actually see someone and talk to someone. It was really lonely."
Saffron added: "I've never done a TV show apart from Strictly, where they don't actually film you that much.
"Whereas this show I was being filmed 24/7, and I was aware of that. So that was also quite hard as well."
