Strictly Come Dancing's Sarah Hadland rocked by final 'setback' in battle to win BBC show
Sarah Hadland has been dealt a huge setback in her quest to win Strictly Come Dancing, with odds on the actress taking home the Glitterball in Saturday's final heading in the wrong direction as the worst possible time.
A real fan favourite since she stepped into the BBC ballroom alongside pro partner Vito Coppola at the end of September, Sarah quickly established herself as a real one to watch in the new series, with Strictly viewers and the show's judges full of praise for her, as she quickly got into her stride and delivered some hugely impressive performances.
Memorable routines from Sarah over the last few months include her riveting Argentine Tango for Halloween Week and her and Vito's Fosse inspired Couple's Choice number, which very nearly got a perfect score, only for Craig Revel-Horwood to spoil the full house of 10s by only giving a 9 and telling Sarah it was 'a bit too perfect.' Having never been in the bottom two, Sarah and Vito ended last weekend's semi final in third position on the leaderboard, before managing to make it through on the public vote once again and clinch a place in the grand final.

However, just as odds on JB Gill winning Strictly have been slashed, Sarah's odds have now dwindled. Just a few weeks ago she was 4/1 second favourite to win but, at the time of writing on Tuesday evening, the Miranda star had dropped down to third in the betting on 25/1, according to Gambling.com, with JB up into second on 16/1 and Tasha Ghouri now the outsider on 33/1.
It's long time favourite Chris McCausland who still leads the way by some margin, with the comedian seen as 'unbeatable' on odds of 1/9 to walk away with the Glitterball trophy at the weekend.
