Strictly confirms third celebrity in Christmas special cast
Strictly Come Dancing has confirmed the third celebrity to join its 2024 Christmas special line-up.
Presenter Vogue Williams will be partnered with Strictly professional Carlos Gu, in an attempt to lift the coveted Christmas trophy this year.
"I'm so excited to join the Strictly family! Carlos would have more of a chance of winning a Nobel prize than turning me into a good dancer but I am determined to try my very best!" said Vogue. "I'm loving it so far. Bring on the Ballroom floor."

The special episode will air on BBC One and iPlayer on Christmas Day (December 25), with six couples taking to the dancefloor to perform their festive routines.
Their performances will be critiqued by Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Head Judge Shirley Ballas, before the studio audience vote for their champion.
The official synopsis promises "festive cheer, jingle bells, mistletoe madness, bedazzling baubles and six celebrities all sleighing their way to Elstree".
So far, only half of the Christmas line-up has been announced, with Taskmaster's Josh Widdicombe and Drag Race UK's Tayce also on board.

"I am utterly terrified this will end in humiliation and worried I'm going to be so bad I will ruin Christmas for the nation. Why have I done this?" joked Josh, who is partnered with pro Karen Hauer.
Meanwhile, Tayce had a more positive outlook on their upcoming performance with partner Kai Widdrington.
"I cannot wait to sleigh on the Strictly Ballroom floor. My partner and I are going to dance for our lives!" Tayce said. "In all seriousness, it's an incredible honour to be the first Drag artist to be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing."
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer. The Christmas special will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Christmas Day.
