Strictly's Vito Coppola reveals novel training methods for Sarah Hadland
The pair have made it to the semi-finals of the show

Strictly Come Dancing pro Vito Coppola has revealed he has come up with a novel way to train Sarah Hadland: writing instructions on his forehead.
The pair have made it all the way to the semi-finals on the BBC ballroom show after scoring 38 out of 40 in Musicals Week, impressing both the judges and viewers with their polished routines along the way. But during an appearance on Strictly spin-off It Takes Two, Hadland admitted the thing that often comes up is her speed.
Her pro partner Coppola then said he was pondering writing the word "Slow" on his face so that the actor had to take note of it.
What, how and why?
“It’s always the four letter word with me: slow,” Hadland said. “Why is it so hard to go slow?”
Coppola replied: “The slow, I was about to think to write ‘Slow’ on my forehead so like, when she looks at me she looks at slow!”
The pair danced a Charleston to Popular from Wicked during last weekend’s Musicals-themed show, and this weekend they will perform two routines, a Tango and a Jive.

However, It Takes Two host Fleur East suggested there could be a problem as she noted that Hadland loves to ”bounce” but that the Tango needs to be danced “flat”.
“I have just got to keep on the fall haven't I?” Hadland agreed. “It’s just… my aptitude is always to bounce. I did hopefully get that a bit out of my system in the Charleston!”
When it comes to the Jive, East asked the “effervescent” pair how they were going to control their energy on the dancefloor.
Turning to Hadland, Coppola shared: “What I am going to do that works with you… Sometimes I play some music, I let you go like, crazy… when you get a bit tired I can make you do something a bit more…”
Who is left in Strictly?
There are now just five celebs remaining in the competition, including Hadland and Coppola.
Comedian Chris McCausland and his dance partner Dianne Buswell have made it through to the next stage, as have JLS’s JB Gill and Lauren Oakley, reality star Pete Wicks and pro Jowita Przystał and Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and her pro partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
It Takes Two airs on BBC One on weekdays at 6.30pm.
