Strictly Come Dancing has released its full song and dance list for week seven ahead of this weekend's live show.

The line-up will include current leaderboard toppers Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice turning to the Samba in the hunt for more high scores, which they'll be dancing to Cinema Italiano by Kate Hudson.

John Whaite and Johannes Radebe will dance a romantic Rumba this week to Sting's Shape of My Heart, a change of pace from last week's Quickstep.

Meanwhile, AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington will be exploring their more lighthearted side after weeks of intensity with a Charleston to Don't Bring Lulu by Dorothy Provine, Pinky and The Girls.

It looks as though Sara Davies and Aljaz Skorjanec have a fun number up their sleeve too, with a Quickstep to 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton.

They're not the only Quicksteppers this weekend, as Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu will also be performing the dance to What A Man Gotta Do by Jonas Brothers.

Last week, Adam Peaty and Katya Jones found themselves in the dance off - will their Jive to Little Bitty Pretty One by Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers prove enough to keep them out of the bottom two this weekend?

Strictly viewers will not see Judi Love and Graziano Di Prima dance this weekend as they became the latest couple to be voted out in week six.

The pair had had a week off while comedian Love recovered from COVID, but they were left with no time to train ahead of her return show.
