Strictly Come Dancing pro Neil Jones could become a dad for the first time while competing in the ballroom.

His fiancée Chyna Mills (of Love Island 2022 fame) is currently walking around with a big baby bump, but according to Jones, she's keen to get the pregnancy done and dusted even if it means clashing with his intensive TV schedule.

"Chyna wants to give birth now - she's ready to go," the choreographer told OK!

"We don't know what's going to happen but if it happens during a live show, we're ready for that. It would be nice if it happened in a moment when I had a bit of time off but I'm really excited," Jones added.

"I've got so many nieces and nephews already and the good thing is that we've had time to prepare for everything. Strictly is really supportive.

"We've had so many new Strictly babies – both Janette Manrara and Gorka Márquez have just had babies. When they're older, we should do a competition with all the babies!"

These comments come shortly after the couple's first anniversary, which saw Jones gushing over Mills via Instagram last month.

"A year ago today I bumped into the most incredible woman after sliding into her DMs and I'm not embarrassed to say that because a year on we are engaged and expecting our little baby girl," he wrote.

"When you know, you really know and @chymills_ you make me smile, laugh, cry and fall in love with you every day but if we could get you to a few more Liverpool matches then life would be complete."

Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
