Strictly's Nikita Kuzmin makes up for hilarious mishap
Strictly Come Dancing's Nikita Kuzmin has redeemed himself after his recent hilarious mishap.
The professional dancer was left red-faced a few weeks ago (October 6), whilst discussing his upcoming routine with celebrity partner Sam Quek.
After revealing that the pair would be dancing the samba, Nikita decided to sing the song he and Sam would be performing to. He confidently belted out the words to Shakira's 'Whenever, Wherever', even standing up to show off his moves.

However, Strictly fans were in hysterics when host Claudia Winkleman revealed that the duo were actually dancing to "the other Shakira song". In an attempt to salvage the moment, Nikita tried to sing 'Hips Don't Lie', but hilariously struggled to remember the tune and the lyrics.
Appearing on It Takes Two tonight (October 18), the professional dancer was able to make up for the blunder.
Host Janette Manrara revealed that the pair would be dancing the quickstep to Natasha Bedingfield's 'Unwritten', as the song played from the speakers in the studio.
Once again, Nikita stood up to sing the iconic song and was teased by Janette, who asked: "Nikita, are you sure you know these lyrics?"

The star persevered, despite stumbling on a few words and was met with loud applause as he completed the chorus, redeeming his past mistake.
"Oh my God, I love that song," Nikita said, explaining his plans for the upcoming dance. "It's genuinely the feeling which the song gives to both of us, it's the atmosphere. You know it's like you're almost gospel-y speaking to everything.
"It's just such a beautiful feeling and Sam is- I genuinely feel like she's also feeling it. It's just so, so beautiful to dance this dance. It makes me genuinely happy. I don't know how to describe it," he added.
Strictly Come Dancing will return on Saturday, September 14 on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
