Yahoo News Strictly's Sara Davies reveals gift she gave Janette and Aljaz's newborn
Strictly Come Dancing's Sara Davies has revealed the adorable baby gift she sent to professional dancers Janette Manrara and Aljaž Škorjanec on the birth of their daughter.
Janette and Aljaž welcomed their baby on Friday, July 28, revealing that they had named her Lyra Rose.
Businesswoman and former contestant Sara shared what she sent to the first-time parents to celebrate their new arrival in a Reel on her Instagram page. The Dragon's Den star showed how she created a touching handmade gift for the infant – a string of lollipop bunting that Janette and Aljaž can be seen hanging on a mirror in the video.

Sara revealed she had been to visit Lyra who she described as "deliciously gorgeous" before explaining what inspired the gift.
"I wouldn't be me if I hadn't crafted up some little keepsake to take for them, and not knowing what the baby decor was at home, but knowing full well how happy and carefree mum and dad's personalities were, this little lollipop bunting seemed like the perfect choice (and was quite quick and easy because it's a no-sew chest method of sewing!)," she wrote in the caption.
"I was so chuffed when they immediately loved it and set to putting it up in their home in prime position and I smile every time I see a picture with it in the background!"
Earlier this month, Janette shared an update on whether she would be returning to present It Takes Two this year following Lyra's birth.

Chatting with fans on her Instagram Stories during a Q&A session, she assured them she would be returning to her hosting duties alongside Fleur East.
"Yes, I am back," she said, after being asked if she'll be returning to It Takes Two. "I guess there wasn't a huge official announcement, but yeah, I'm back!
"Luckily, I had more than enough time on maternity leave with Lyra for me to be able to come back and do the show."
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
