Stromboli Volcano Explodes and Spews Ash Into Sky

Stromboli’s volcano erupted once again on November 16, spewing ash, lava, and debris in a high-intensity blast.

Livio Sinopoli’s Skyline Webcams captured footage of the explosion via a camera positioned on the volcano. According to ABC News, the Stromboli Volcano is one of the most active in the world, but the explosion came after weeks of relatively low activity.
