Strong Wind and Rain Hits Downtown Miami as Tropical Storm Eta Makes Landfall

Tropical Storm Eta brought strong winds and rain to Miami, Florida, in the late evening and early morning of November 8 and 9, threatening flash flooding and a potential storm surge to southern parts of the state, the National Hurricane Center said.
