Strong Winds Blow Driving Rain Through Denver

Strong winds blew swirling rain through the streets of Denver, Colorado, while lightning flashed overhead on the night of July 26.

The National Weather Service reported flooding occurred in the city, with 1 to 2 inches of rain falling in only 30 minutes.
