Strong Winds Blow Sea Foam Across Cape Town Street Amid 'Intense' Cold Front

Strong winds blew sea foam across the waterfront area of Cape Town’s Three Anchor Bay as a cold front hit the South African coast on July 13.

On his way to work, Johan Small-Smith spotted the foam being blown across a road while cars drove through it. Small-Smith told Storyful that the weather was “all over the place” that day.
