Strong Winds Dust Snow Across Minnesota's Twin Cities

Strong winds up to 45 mph blew snow across the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area on Thursday, December 16, with peak winds reaching 78 mph in Redwood Falls, about 100 miles west of Minneapolis.

Footage filmed by Quinn E Casey, who said it was taken in White Bear Lake on Thursday morning, shows wind gusts blowing snow in a residential neighborhood.
