Strong Winds Hit Northern Maryland Amid Storm Warnings
Severe storms moved through Harford County, Maryland, on Tuesday, July 12, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
Footage by Jacob Francis shows wild winds and downed trees in Jarrettsville. The NWS warned of winds of up to 60 mph and hail in the area.
