This stunning photos shows Blackpool Tower emerging from a cloud of fog.
Snapper Lee Bonney captured the iconic landmark in the seaside resort on Monday (September 16) as parts of the north found itself covered in thick fog. Using his drone, Lee was able to get amazing aerial photos of the 518ft (158m) tall structure above the mist.
Blackpool Tower, which opened on May 14 1894, is the 125th-tallest freestanding tower in the world. The historic attraction also boasts Blackpool an entertainment complex including a circus, a ballroom and roof gardens in a three-storey red brick building at its base.
