At least seven people have been killed - including three children - after a guest threw a grenade during a fight at a wedding in Sudan.
The incident happened on Monday in the Shegla neighbourhood of Khartoum's al-Haj Youssef district.
Officials said the explosion injured another 24 people who were taken to nearby hospitals.
It is believed a fight between two people at the party escalated into one of them throwing the grenade.
While such explosions are rare in Khartoum, the city has suffered from an increase in violence in recent months.
Police have found the bodies of at least three people in different parts of the capital over the past two weeks.
