Yahoo News Summer deals at D&D with Evening Standard menus
They may not be able to offer 60 days of sunshine, but the folk at D&D London are serving up 60 days of summer deals all the same.
A host of special menus and offers are available until September 10 at many of the group’s restaurants — including Le Pont de la Tour, Aster, German Gymnasium and Sartoria.
Among them are the group’s series of Evening Standard menus, run in partnership with this paper. These give diners the chance to eat at the restaurants for far less than normal, with two courses and a glass of wine starting at £15 at many of the venues, and three courses and a glass of Chandon Champagne starting at £30.
Some of the bargainous dishes on offer include venison sausages at Butlers Wharf Chop House, pollock with coconut and broccoli at Launceston Place, Thyme-roasted chicken with romanesco and duck liver emulsion at Quaglino’s, and half a dozen oysters at Avenue.
