Sunday Brunch had another silly gaffe this weekend, after Sharon Horgan accidentally swore live on air.

The Catastrophe star and writer swung by the studio yesterday (February 26), only to let slip the s-word after dropping a piece of carrot.

Let's be honest: we've all been there, haven't we?

Sharon jokingly attempted to brush the expletive off, leading host Tim Lovejoy to issue a quick apology.

"Sharon apparently swore so I apologise on behalf of Sharon for swearing," he told viewers at home.

Rapper Stormzy was also a guest on Sunday Brunch, and while chatting on the sofas, he described his BRITs performance with Ed Sheeran as "one of the scariest things" he's ever done.

"I don't even remember the performance," he said. "I just remember walking onto the stage and doing it.

"When I walk on, you can tell that there's a split second where I notice, 'Oh the crowd likes this', so I get excited. At first I was scared, but we smashed it out."

The previous week, former cricketer David Gower made the error of licking his fingers after touching raw chicken - causing viewer outrage.

Some fans even went as far as saying it "ruined" their Sunday morning.

"Feel ill now after witnessing David Gower lick his raw chicken fingers #SundayBrunch #traumatised," said one person on Twitter.

Sunday Brunch airs every Sunday on Channel 4.
