Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris says it won't be "easy to anticipate" Derby County's reaction to the sense of injustice they felt against Norwich City when the two sides clash on Tuesday (7.45pm kick-off).

Derby travel to the Stadium of Light on the back of a controversial 3-2 defeat against the Canaries in which two bad calls by the officials led to two goals for the visitors.

The ball went out of play twice for the first and third of Borja Sainz's treble at the weekend, although Rams head coach Paul Warne refused to be critical in his post-match press conference.

He will now hope the players can bounce back against second-placed Sunderland, who have had an excellent start to the campaign under Le Bris.

Asked what kind of response he expects from Derby, he said: "It's never easy to anticipate the reaction.

"I think it's a good team and they are a good team in this Championship with a good dynamic. They are fit, they are physical, they are organised and if we don't play well, we will have many difficulties.

"For us, the opponent is still strong. I don't expect any weaknesses or low fitness. For us, we need to play our best football. We need to master all elements of the game."
