Supergirl, The Flash and more get CW premiere dates

CW shows including The Flash, Supergirl, Supernatural and Riverdale have all been given their premiere dates.

The US television network has released its full schedule, and the series rollouts begin October 9 with the returns of The Flash and Black Lightening, followed by the much-anticipated return of Riverdale the next day.

Other series in the line-up to return to our screens in October include All American, the Charmed reboot and Legacies. Season four episodes of Supergirl will now move to Sundays, airing before Charmed.

Another change to the all-important TV schedule will see season seven of Arrow starting at 8pm on October 15, and it will be followed a week later by season four of Legends of Tomorrow, which starts at 9pm.

9pm-10pm: All American

Going into to season 4 of Supergirl, it looks like Kara will have her work cut out for her as the story will be inspired by a classic Superman arc going forward, while The Flash recently revealed that Mystery Girl will be bumped up to a series regular when it returns.
