"Hey everybody, we're back for season 2 of Superman & Lois… very excited to be back up here in Vancouver and back to work," he said.

"We've got a lot of fun stuff planned this season, so I can't wait for you guys to see it. It's gonna be a really good time…" the star continued, before pausing as a man in a black cap with his head down is walking towards him, only revealing himself to be Bohen when Hoechlin asked: "Bo, what’re you doin' here?"

The Superman & Lois lead wrote the same question in his caption, to which WarnerBrosTV commented: "what's he doing there?"

According to Deadline, Bohen will play Lt. Mitch Anderson, "the metaphorical 'new sheriff in town' at the DOD (Department of Defense)". Anderson's worldview sees people placed in either one of two categories: those you serve and those who serve you.

Bohen's character is averse to the fact that Superman exists outside such a paradigm and attempts to bring the Man of Steel under his authority.

Superman & Lois Season 2 will arrive in early 2022 with further streaming details to be announced.
