Surrey A3 witness appeal after 'serious' multiple vehicle crash caused hour long delays
Police are calling for witnesses to come forward following a "serious" collision on a busy A road on Thursday, November 21. The crash occurred during rush hour at around 5.40pm.
Following the crash there were delays of over an hour on the A3. The A road was shut between A244 Esher and A245 Painshill Surrey, National Highways reported at the time.
It is believed that three vehicles were involved in the crash which took place on the A3 in Cobham. Police arrived at the southbound exit following reports.

One was taken to hospital in a serious condition by the South East Coast Ambulance Service. All parties remained on the scene to assist with police.
Police are now asking witnesses to come forward. It is hoped motorists may have dashcam footage to share with the police of the incident.
