Suspect Accused Of Stealing Jewellery From Drake’s Tour Bus ID'd As Homeless Janitor

It was reported that the 29-year-old rapper’s tour bus was broken into whilst he was performing at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday, and the man accused of stealing goods has now been identified as 21-year-old Travion King.

Yesterday, court documents were released that reveal King’s address as a homeless shelter in Phoenix and his place of employment as a company that cleans large facilities.

King was caught trespassing at the Talking Stick Resort and allegedly had the jewellery, that belonged to Drake’s DJ, Future the Prince, on him.

The goods were originally thought to be worth $3 million but were listed in the legal papers as worth around $400,000.

Phoenix Police realised early on that the crime was committed by someone who knew the layout of the area and soon found that Travion had “done contract work for the venue in the past”.

Sergeant Vince Lewis said: “We’re talking about somebody who knew the layout or was able to gain access or to get back there unnoticed.”

Drake was performing as part of his Summer Sixteen Tour with Future.
