Suspect appears in court accused of murdering man in Castlemilk

A SUSPECT has appeared in court accused of murder. 

Christopher Howe made no plea at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.

The 36-year-old is accused of murdering 46-year-old Paul Berry.

Mr Berry's body was found on Monday, November 21, in a property at Dougrie Place, Castlemilk.

Howe is also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.

He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody. He will appear again in court within the next eight days.
