Suspects named after large quantity of 'drugs' found in house
Two men have been charged with various offences after police uncovered a large amount of suspected drugs during a search of a property. Officers carried out the search on Grafton Street, in Liverpool, on Tuesday September 17 and discovered the suspected Class A drugs and equipment associated with drugs supply.
Matthew Courtney, 31, of Ebrington Street, in Garston, has been charged with conspiring to supply a Class A drug (cocaine), conspiring to produce a Class A drug and possession with intent to supply a controlled Class B drug (cannabis). Allan Williams, 30, of Marmaduke Street, in Liverpool, has been charged with possession with intent to supply controlled Class B drugs (cannabis and ketamine), acquiring/using/possessing criminal property, conspiring to supply a Class A drug (cocaine) and conspiring to produce a Class A drug.

They have both been remanded to appear at Wirral Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday September 19. A 29-year-old woman who was also arrested on suspicion of drugs supply offences as part of this investigation has been released under investigation.
