Swerving Vehicle Nearly Hits Police Car on Rain-Soaked Highway

An “out of control vehicle” driving in the rain in Fishers, Indiana, nearly hit a police car that was pulled over on the highway, according to the Fishers Police Department.

The Fishers Police Department posted the video to Facebook on June 18 and said the incident happened over the weekend while an officer was investigating a car crash on Interstate 69.

The video, taken from inside a pulled-over police car, shows a rainy view of a damaged car on the side of the highway. Another car suddenly comes into the frame, swerves around the police car and skids to a stop near the crashed car. The Fishers Police Department said the vehicle “nearly struck” the officer’s car.
