Syrian Army Strikes Rebel-Held Homs Neighborhood After Suicide Attack in City

The Syrian Army carried out a number of strikes on the rebel-held Al-Waer neighborhood of Homs on Saturday, February 25, after suicide attacks on two security centers in the city claimed the lives of at least 32 people, according to state media.
