  • Singer SZA took to Twitter yesterday to proclaim to her fans that she will no longer partake in press coverage.

  • "Not doing any videos Interviews or photos for the rest of my life," she tweeted.

  • SZA's tweet came shortly after the release of her joint Rolling Stone cover with Megan Thee Stallion and Normani.

We think it's safe to say that SZA is completely over the media.

The "Broken Clocks" singer took to Twitter yesterday to let her followers know that she has zero interest in participating in any press coverage going forward. Her tweets coincidentally follow the release of her joint Rolling Stone cover with fellow rising music stars, rapper Megan Thee Stallion and pop star Normani.

"Not doing any videos Interviews or photos for the rest of my life," tweeted the singer, "lol don't ask."

SZA promptly followed up the tweet with another post, clarifying that her decision to nix press coverage had nothing to do with her cover costars.

"S/o Normani and Meg tho," she began, "My sisters who I love very much and respect deeply . Honored to be apart of ANYTHING w the two of those BLACK QUEENS," she finished, followed by a string of emoji.

SZA continued the conversation with her fans and brought up her own struggles with anxiety, which may or may not have prompted her initial tweet.

"My anxiety has .03% to do w outside opinion. I was bullied all through high school I could care less," she wrote. "It's my OWN THOUGHTS THAT HIT DIFFERENT."

She later tweeted an image of her in the recording studio—where she's currently working on the follow-up album to 2017's Ctrl—and simply captioned the photo, "Where I belong."
