The former 'X Factor' judge said her initial statement had been in defence mode and she was "truly sorry" for any "pain" felt by Misha B.
Singer Misha B has said 'scripted' interactions with Louis Walsh and Tulisa left her feeling suicidal after X Factor experience
Westlife manager Louis Walsh has revealed the group never even considered asking Brian McFadden to join their reunion tour.
ITV is really ramping up the festive camp this Christmas, regurgitating the classic BBC gameshow Blankety Blank with none other than David Walliams at the helm. X Factor judge Louis Walsh and Strictly Come Dancing favourite Lesley Joseph will be joined by Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent, comedian Joe Lycett, and The Weakest Link’s Anne Robinson for this year’s reboot.
There was a shock for X Factor viewers on tonight’s live results show as fan favourite Matt Terry faced being in the bottom two for the first time. Viewers votes put 5 After Midnight and current favourite to win Saara Aalto straight through to next week’s final. Shockingly, that left Matt to face Emily Middlemas in the dreaded sing-off.
The semi finals of this year’s X Factor were always going to be tense. Simon Cowell admitted that he expected more from her. Hard to believe that just a few short weeks ago Saara’s mentor, Sharon Osbourne, couldn’t even remember her name.
Anyway, it seems that’s Simon Cowell’s a little muddled too, because despite the X Factor getting well and truly trounced in the ratings war with Strictly Come Dancing, no changes are likely to be made to the line-up when it returns next year. Simon is usually a big fan of tinkering with the judging panel whenever the talent show disappears from our screens, but it looks like this year could be different. In fact, The Sun has reported that ITV is already in talks to bring back Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger for series 14.
X Factor’s most controversial act – possibly ever – Honey G has finally been booted out of this year’s competition.
You wouldn’t expect Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh to bunk up in the YMCA while they’re busy filming the X Factor, would you? Compared to his colleagues, Louis Walsh’s £510 a night luxury suite at the Kensington Hotel is a bit of a bargain. In contrast, Nicole gets her head down at the swanky Grosevenor House, where penthouse suites go for up to £1000 a night.
You’ll have to dig out your platform shoes, flared trousers and oversized sunglasses for The X Factor, as the song choices for this weekend’s disco-themed live show have been revealed.
Girl group Four of Diamonds were sent packing from X Factor tonight, ironically on Boyband vs Girl Group week. The girls were up against the mighty voice of Saara Aalto in the sing-off, but there has already been a lot of controversy this year, which has seen both Gifty Louise and Relley C sent home while Honey G remained. For once, the judges made the right decision and sent home the girl group, who have been nicknamed Lidl Mix on Twitter.
Another weekend, another dollop of X Factor drama, and this time it comes courtesy of Louis Walsh and his ongoing sass. The Irish judge on the hit ITV talent show appeared to use last night’s Girlbands vs. Boybands theme as an excuse to throw some serious shade at Popstars: The Rivals winners, Girls Aloud. The girl group, comprised of Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding were initially managed by Louis after they found fame on the show and ever since Lou has made no secret of his hatred for working with girlbands.
Things got really catty on X Factor as the remaining acts took on boyband and girlband songs. Louis Walsh has famously managed Westlife, Boyzone and Girls Aloud – who he appeared to take a swipe at during the show. Louis and Girls Aloud parted company in 2005 and it would seem that there is still some bad blood between them.
The 64-year-old X Factor judge has apparently been gossiping about his co-star’s cup size while filming Celebrity Juice, making a jibe about her secret boob op during filming. “The celebs were playing a game called ‘What’s the Criac?’ about different stars with secrets and someone made a comment about Nicole’s boobs,” an audience member told the Mirror after filming on Wednesday.
James Arthur reckons Channel 5 bosses offered him a staggering £250,000 to appear on the show – but even that wasn’t enough to tempt him. “I got offered loads of reality shows including I’m A Celebrity and Celebrity Big Brother,” he told The Daily Star. ”I’m a huge fan of [Celebrity Big Brother] but I don’t think there’s any chance I would be back at No.1 now if I’d gone down that route,” he explains.
