The flames tore through the 13-storey building around 3 AM trapping many elderly residents inside. Now, firefighters say the aging structure and the pile of debris blocking access complicated efforts to rescue those inside. Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire and say they have not ruled out arson.

A 37-year-old Danish man has been arrested in connection with gruesome killings that have rocked Norway. And he began attacking residents with arrows killing five people and injuring two others, until police finally arrested him. Investigators believe the man acted alone. This is the worst mass killing in Norway since 2011 when far right extremist Anders Breivik killed 77 people.
