Tana Ramsay pens moving tribute to son on what would've been his fifth birthday

Tana Ramsay has penned a moving tribute to the baby boy she miscarried five years ago.

The 47-year-old lost her son Rocky in 2016, five months into her pregnancy.

Marking what would have been his firth birthday – which falls in Baby Loss Awareness Week – Tana told her followers on Instagram that she and her husband Gordon think of Rocky every day.

“If all had gone as we hoped yesterday 14/10/21 would have been our little boy Rocky’s 5th birthday, the day he was due not the day he was actually born when he was too little to survive,” she said.

“Not a day goes by when we don’t think of him, but, it wasn’t meant to be.

“We have gone on to be blessed and will be eternally grateful, but shall always remember our angel baby with a heart bursting with love and many many tears x.”

She added a quote which said: “If you know someone who has lost a child and you're afraid to mention them because you think you might make them sad by reminding them that they died, they didn't forget they died.

"You're not reminding them.

"What you're reminding them of is that you remember they lived. And that is a great, great gift."

Tana and celebrity chef Gordon also share daughters Megan, 23, and Strictly contestant Tilly, 19, twins Holly and Jack, 21, and son Oscar, two.
