Yahoo News Taron Egerton teases first look at Elton John movie
While we're yet to see a full-on picture of Taron Egerton in his flamboyant Sir Elton John get-up for new movie Rocketman, we now at least have the next best thing.
The Kingsman actor has given us a first glimpse at the biopic-that's-not-a-biopic with a teasy snap posted on Twitter.
In it, we see a silhouette of Egerton with some glorious-looking wings, captioned with the words: "Here we go."

Rocketman is set to take elements from John's life, though the actor has clarified that it is not a biopic (despite it charting his rise to stardom and recovery from drug and alcohol addiction).
"We are making a movie called Rocketman about Elton John's formative years. Everyone thinks it's a biopic. It isn't," he said.
"It's a fantasy musical so it's actually his songs used to express important beats in his life at emotional moments. He's not the only character that sings. It's going to be fun."
The singer himself has also been "blown away" by Egerton's take on his songs, according to husband David Furnish.
"When I played the songs for Elton, he was blown away, really blown away," he said. "Elton was like, 'It can't get any better for me.'"
He added: "Elton has told Taron, 'Don't copy me. Don't think you have to sing it exactly the way that I sang it. Don't think you have to perform it the way I performed it.'
"I think it's the challenge for the actor to embody the spirit and not get into thinking they have to do an impersonation."
Never mind the challenge of embodying the spirit – the challenge we have now is trying to get 'Rocket Man' out of our heads.
