Taylor Swift responds to THAT Kanye West call in new single Look What You Made Me Do
Taylor Swift has sent fans crazy after she dropped her new single Look What You Made Me Do – an apparent diss to Kanye West.
The singer appears to be referencing their now infamous phone call, which proved she was well aware of his intention to refer to her in his track Famous, from his latest album, The Life Of Pablo.
While she doesn’t mention Kanye by name, the most damning evidence comes in the bridge of her song when a phone rings.
Taylor’s voice can then be heard saying: ‘I’m sorry the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Oh, ’cause she’s dead!’
Fans are now convinced that her new single is a response to her long-standing feud with the rapper and his wife.

Last year, Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian released a video recording of the phone conversation on Snapchat, where Taylor was heard describing the name check in Famous as ‘a compliment.’
Lyrics in the tune included: ‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b*tch famous.’
But once the song was released, Taylor claimed ‘she was never made aware of the actual lyric’ but ‘cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message.’
Taylor’s new album, Reputation, will be released on November 10.
