Yahoo News Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce recreate iconic photo
Taylor Swift is currently taking a short break from her record-breaking The Eras tour and that means she’s been able to show up to support her beau, Travis Kelce, at his first game back after the summer season. And fans might have spotted a bit of a flashback to the early days of their relationship on Instagram this weekend.
After Travis’ team, the Kansas City Chiefs, were victorious, Taylor joined Travis and some of his teammates backstage and it’s here that Chariah Gordon – who is the fiancé of Travis' teammate Mecole Hardman Jr. – chose to recreate one of the most iconic photos taken of the famous couple so far.
Chariah originally posted a photo of the two couples to her Instagram back in October of 2023, just a few weeks after Taylor and Travis reportedly started dating. And her latest photo was a serious throwback to those early days.
In it Chariah and her fiancé, and Taylor and Travis, adopted the exact same kissing pose in a nod to that viral photo. And Chariah even acknowledged this with her caption, which simply exclaimed: “Part : ii <3 …”
However, this time couples were dressed for the Kansas City summer, with both Taylor and Chariah rocking denim two piece outfits and their other halves looking casual but put together in baseball caps and what essentially look like elevated versions of their October outfits.
While in the second 2024 photo, Taylor is seen putting her arms around Travis and Chariah, exactly as she did in that initial post. Both Instagram carousels have given fans a behind the scenes glimpse into what the famous couple are like when they’re in a more relaxed setting and we are totally here for it.
Given that the American football season has just started back and the ‘Fortnight’ singer has quite a bit of time off before she returns to the stage midway through November, we can’t wait to see Taylor in the stands cheering on her man. And of course, we can’t wait to see what she wears next either.
