Meta, formally known as Facebook, has reversed their ban on cryptocurrency adverts across its platforms. Meaning they could now be seen by more than 3 billion people around the world.

Meta said in a statement that it’s doing this because ‘the cryptocurrency landscape has continued to "mature and stabilize in recent years" and that new government regulations have given "clearer rules" for the industry.

Jack Dorsey has announced a rebrand of his business Square. The financial services company will now be known as ‘Block’. As a result of the name change, Square Crypto, dedicated to advancing Bitcoin, will change its name to Spiral.
