Tech stocks set to slide as EU slams Google with a massive fine

Stocks have turned mixed but tech stocks remain under pressure after the EU has slammed Google’s parent company Alphabet (GOOGL) with a $2.7 billion record fine. They say the tech giant has abused its market dominance as a search engine by unfairly favoring its online shopping service.  How big of a blow is this ruling to Google?
