Teenage boy assaulted 'by number of youths' in Belfast
Police are appealing for information and witnesses to an assault on a teenager in Belfast last week.
The incident is reported to have happened in the north of the city, on Monday, November 18, at around 3:30pm. It's believed to have invovled a group of young people, with the victim, aged 16, sustaining injuries to his face.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses to an assault that occurred on Monday 18th November 2024 at approximately 3:30PM.
"The victim was assaulted by a number of youths in the area of Ballysillan Park. If anyone witnessed this incident, or has any information, please contact us on 101, quoting serial number 1167 18/11/24, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
